There are 5 things I recommend to achieve & maintain a Healthy balanced life.
1. Nutrition - a healthy balanced diet will allow you to feel your best.
2. Water intake- adequate water intake will flush out toxins in your body and replenish with fresh hydration, and also will allow you to feel your best.
3. Exercise & Physical Activity- Keep moving. Strive for 10,000 steps per day and 30 minutes of exercise 2-5 times per week, which also allow you to feel your best.
4. Sleep- adequate amount of sleep would be 7-9 hours of sleep per night, resulting in feeling refreshed and ready for your day! This also allows you to feel your best.
5. Stress levels- How? by reducing the things in your life that cause stress or increase things that help you manage them like daily meditation and physical activity. Maintaining low levels of stress will help you keep lower cortisol levels which will result in burning more calories & feeling your best.
So the point here is that if you follow these 5 rules daily.... being consistent you will look & feel better with lasting results, aging gracefully!
