When you purchase a Fitness Plan through my Fitness App platform (Trainerize), you will receive an email asking you to complete setting up your account and create a password. Once you finish creating your account, you can download the Workout Moms Fitness App and log in. Once you log into your account, your program will be automatically generated into your account. You can also access your program via the web (although the best features are accessed via the Fitness App)

• Total Solution Wellness Plan: Full access (weekly PT, group classes, on-demand workouts, coaching)
• Online Wellness Coaching: Customized plan + support, more flexible
• Custom A La Carte Add-ons: Pick what you need: group classes, PT sessions, etc.
If you want maximum accountability, the full plan is best. If flexibility matters most, online or a la carte might be better.
After purchase, you'll receive an email to set up your account with the Trainerize platform - Workout Moms Fitness App via browser. Once logged in, your program will automatically appear.
