3. can increase digestion. Water helps break down foods so your body can digest them allowing your body to absorb more of the nutrients.

Yes!!! Just add your favorite fresh/frozen fruit into your glass of water and drink away! AND you can drink from a fancy glass too! Like a wine glass, steam-less or with the stem. I do this in the evening when I'd rather be drinking a glass of wine. It serves its purpose. I get to feel like I'm drinking wine, but I'm actually drink delicious ice water with frozen blueberries or strawberries getting hydrated.
