Hi, I'm Rebecca... wife, mom, wellness coach, personal trainer, and founder of Workout Moms Fitness.

I specialize in helping women over 40 navigate the unique challenges of midlife, including weight gain, low energy, hormonal changes, and the struggle to maintain consistent healthy habits.

 

Like many women, I know what it's like to juggle a busy schedule while trying to prioritize my own health. Between family responsibilities, work, and everyday life, it's easy to put yourself last.

 

For years, I've been passionate about helping women improve their health through sustainable fitness, balanced nutrition, and healthy habits that support the whole person... mind, body, and spirit.

 

My approach is different from quick-fix diets and extreme workout programs. I believe lasting results come from small, consistent actions that fit your real life. Whether your goal is to lose fat, build strength, increase energy, improve your confidence, or simply feel better in your own skin, I'll help you create a plan that works for you.

 

As a Christian woman, my faith is the foundation of everything I do. I believe caring for our bodies is one way we honor the life we've been given, and I strive to encourage women not only physically, but mentally and spiritually as well.
