Planks are a great way to strengthen your core. In this 30 day Plank Challenge start day 1 with holding a plank as long as you can. Time it. When you hit your physical limit, stop. The next day try to add 1-3 seconds to your plank. Continue this every day and see what your total plank time is after your 30 days is up. You will be so pleased with your accomplishments.
