This Walking Challenge will help you stay accountable to yourself, to achieve your goals. 1. set a goal. decide how many days per week you will walk. 2. set duration/distance goal. decide how many minutes/distance you will walk each time. 3. do the work. set dates and times that you will completed these walks and do it. no excuses. Believe me, excuses will come. whether its that the kids decide they are hungry, to the hubby needing you do do something, to the buzzer went off on the dryer. It's always going to be something. But you must be determined to make it happen or it just wont. You have the power to achieve this goal. You just got to make the decision. You got this!!! Let's Get Started!
